Many people, locals and tourists alike, head to Jax Beach for fishing, biking, lounging on the beach, golfing and enjoying the parks.  It also boasts a fairly decent night life scene for those that like to get social in the evenings.

In 2013 Jacksonville Beach real estate property listings were consistently among the lowest for days on market.  This reflects the demand for the area.  Ocean front condos are very appealing to many providing easy access to the beach and amenities with low maintenance.
