Buying a Home in Neptune Beach

Neighbors with Atlantic Beach and Jacksonville Beach, Neptune Beach is the smallest of the three. Its small size makes it a very bike and walk friendly community.

It could be considered the quietest of the three beaches barring Ponte Vedra at the same time has access to all the amenities.  Access to nightlife can be had down the road in Jacksonville Beach.

The Beaches communities typically have access to some good public schools, Duncan U. Fletcher High School being one of them.

Average home prices in Neptune Beach were around the $350,000 mark in 2012.  Because of the demand for the area, many listings, if priced correctly, will not last long in this area.

The City of Neptune Beach is a community of 7,500 residents located in Duval County on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean on the east and the Intracoastal Waterway on the west. The primary focus of the community is to protect the residential nature of the City and to maintain its high quality of life through strict growth management standards.

Neptune Beach is a very appealing city.  According to historic numbers investing in real estate in this area could prove fruitful.
